About the Filmmaker/Guy Pictures
Julia Reagan is a documentary filmmaker who has collaborated on films and television for Netflix, Hulu, National Geographic & CNN Films, among others.
Her film, Enid & Mami, won the Jury Prize at BIFF in 2020 for Best Short Documentary and the Best Documentary Award at the International Puerto Rican Heritage Festival. She also directs commercials & branded content docs for agencies like Godfrey Dadich & Radical Media and is currently developing multiple projects with Time Studios.
Originally from Los Angeles, Julia has lived in New York City for fifteen years. She filmed her first documentary in 2007 while living in Buenos Aires and working as a bilingual journalist (and waitress).
